'You’ve soared...!'
White-Tailed Eagle, which got us more than two weeks ago, regained his freedom. His rapid return to form exceeded our wildest expectations. . In the issue of reminding, the bird hit us in a strong position to dying due to poisoning with Furadan. Thanks to the help immediately given and round-the-clock care we managed to save him. Bird every day felt better and better. After the intensive week of drug therapy the Eagle has regained full strength. We waited out the colder period in order to release him as soon as it warms up a little bit and the snow melts. Obviously he wanted to rise already into expanses. On Monday we decided that there was no need of his longer keeping. The weather was good. A beautiful, sunny day became the perfect opportunity to say farewell to sea eagle. Around noon we moved him to large, cardboard box, specially prepared for transport. We packed into the car and we moved in direction of Starzawa. On the spot, one could see the first signs of spring. In the same place, two of our previous Eagles came back to the nature. There is a farm team, including fish ponds, which is mainstay of water and marsh birds. It is also a place to rest during the annual bird migrations. It guarantees the opportunity to secure winged charges acclimation associated with returning to their wild environment. We opened the box, which quickly emerged a silhouette of the Eagle in all its glory. Bird majestically spread his great wings, then surely, and quickly began to rise up, and after a moment he become only a barely discernible point on the skyline.
